UAE employment visa
Full sponsorship, medical insurance and end-of-service benefits in line with UAE labour law.

Life at AGC
Most contractors in this market scale up and down with the order book. We don’t. The core team is on permanent contracts, which is why our standards survive from one project to the next.
You will work on real commercial jobs from week one (a hotel floor, a headquarters, a clinic) with a senior colleague accountable for your development. Designers visit their own sites. Site staff sit in design reviews. Nobody hands a drawing over a wall and walks away.
We are an equal-opportunity employer. Applications are welcome from candidates already in the UAE and from overseas; visa sponsorship and relocation support are provided for roles where it applies.
