Signage is the part of a project most people leave until last, and it is the part that most often causes a delay. By the time someone decides where the reception logo goes, the wall is finished and there is no electricity behind it. By the time the outdoor sign is ordered, the landlord wants a permission application that takes three weeks.
We treat signage as a construction job, not a printing job. The positions are decided during design. The power and fixings go in during the building work. The approvals are submitted at the same time as everything else. The sign is installed on a plan, not in a panic the night before you open.
We make everything in the UAE and install it with our own team, including work at height. And because we made it, we can repair it when a light fails in year two instead of telling you to buy a new one.

How long it takes
Manufacturing usually takes two to four weeks once drawings and finishes are approved. Approvals can run at the same time, but outdoor sign permissions should be started early because they are the least predictable part of the process.

Costs, and how we quote
Clear prices, agreed in writing.
Signage is priced per sign, with materials and illumination listed. That lets you decide where to spend: an impressive main entrance sign and simpler internal ones is a perfectly sensible choice, and we will say so.
The quote includes the fixings, the installation and the access equipment needed to fit it safely. Quotes that exclude installation or scaffolding are not comparable prices, and this is the most common way signage quotes mislead.
Approval submissions are included. We do not charge separately for preparing municipality or landlord applications.

Do I need permission for my sign?
Almost certainly for anything outdoors. Most outdoor signs need landlord consent and municipality approval, and units inside malls need a technical submission against the centre’s rules. We prepare and submit all of it for you, and we start it early because it is the least predictable part.
Will the sign survive the weather here?
That is a real risk and it is why we engineer rather than simply print. Outdoor signs are built for wind load, UV and humidity, with sealed housings and commercial-grade electrical components. A sign made for a cooler climate fails quickly here.
What happens when a light fails?
You call us. We made the sign and hold its drawings, so we repair the failed part rather than selling you a replacement. Illuminated signage is the item most likely to need attention in year two, so we offer planned inspection as well.
I do not have brand guidelines. Can you still help?
Yes. We can work from an existing logo and develop the signage family from there: materials, sizes, colours and a consistent set of rules you can apply to future branches.
Can you replace our signs without closing the business?
Yes. Removal, making good the wall and installing the new sign is routine for us, including out-of-hours work where a business cannot stop trading.
